I have never seen an office so wonderfully integrated, wonderful communications, jaw-dropping follow-through and attention to detail, incredible responsiveness, which I would rate on a scale of 1 to10, a 50! Their team is digitally integrated, so team members are courtesy copied on emails so when someone was out-of-the office, the other members immediately responded. I was never left hanging, and all issues were addressed quickly, and accurately. Whether it was the kitchen garage doorknob which broke where the access was completely denied, or the yard needed mowing (we're absentee owners), or instant response on offers and counter offers, the response was immediate and proactive and accurate! Fabulous teams! I wish the government was run as efficiently! We achieved a successful sale in a timely fashion, largely thanks to their efforts!

I think that says a lot that we kept in touch over the period of about 7 years and that I felt good about returning to him as a trusted expert. He is prompt, courteous, and positive. He clearly loves his job. Shawn would probably say he puts his customers first, and he trusts that his customers will be loyal to him in turn. I think he really did go beyond the normal requirements of a realtor when it came time to sell, as I lived in Florida and needed a little extra assistance with the miscellanies that entail selling a home from afar. For those using their VA loans, Shawn is an expert with the process. In fact I remember that at the time when I bought the home, my application was approved because it was correct when other applications were returned. Shawn helped me to snag the home I wanted with great efficiency. He is also very savvy. His understanding of buyers' attitudes, process, and law maximized the sale price of my home. For me this was the difference between breaking even or walking away with some cash in my pocket.
